Simone Biles Breaking Records Clinching Her Sixth World Championships Spot

Simone Biles proving that she is still a gymnastic star.


The Olympic champion got a spot on the World Championships team after winning the all-around at a USA Gymnastics world team selection camp in Katy, Texas. The win earned Biles the first of six roster spots on the team with a tallied score of 55.7.



Simone Biles made history this week when she became the only U.S. woman to qualify for six World Gymnastics Championships


Biles and the five-woman U.S. team will compete at the 2023 world championships in Belgium during the first week of October. Biles' appearance will be her sixth at the event, the most ever by an American woman.



Simone Biles will be there alongside three members of the gold medal-winning 2022 world championship team -- Shilese Jones, Leanne Wong and Skye Blakely  and Joscelyn Roberson.
