Last year, the organization that puts on the Golden Globes lost its televised show and had to overhaul its membership due to a lack of diversity.
The group added a chief diversity officer; overhauled its board; inducted 21 new members, including six Black journalists; and brought in the NAACP on a partnership.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced its nominees for film and TV awards yesterday with Snoop Dogg. Winners will be announced on January 9th.
